Stereotyping In Today's World
People stereotype others sometimes without even noticing. Sometimes it's not even considered a bad thing, but we see stereotyping almost everywhere. We stereotype people from around the world to the people in our school. When you think about a certain country, you may instantly think about something in that country. For example, when you think of France, you might think of striped shirts and berets. There's even stereotypes in school. Everyone has their place with their group. You see someone and it's like you instantly know which group they would be a part of. Sometimes stereotypes can lead you to believe that certain people are bad. People start to make generalizations about others without even trying to get to know them first. That's exactly what Hitler and the Nazis did during the holocaust.
